- Classes
MATWORK - Mat base workouts will develop and establish core strength and improve body awareness. Props are often incorporated to add variety and increase/decrease intensity. Programming will vary from sesson to session. Highly enjoyable. see timetable for levels.

REFORMER - The reformer is the most popular Stott pilates piece of equipment. Resistance is created by springs underneath a moving carriage . The workouts are designed to develop longer and leaner looking muscles, core strength and endurance. reformer classes are energizing and you will get a total body workout. See timetable for levels.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING - These classes are a non-stop challenging workout, alternating exercises with the reformer and jumboards/trampolines ,with mat and other Stott pilates equipment. Full of fun and challenge, this class is best suited to reasonably healthy individuals who are currently injury free. Improvers/intermediate levels only.

FUSION - Introducing the best of pilates mat, combined with yoga, and other mind body type exercises. This workout will stretch your muscles, improve your mind-body connection and overall strength. Relaxation is incorporated towards the end of this class. Suitable to all levels.

YOGA - A combination of static postures and vinyasa, learning that the jouney into a posture is as important as the posture itself.We will learn to find a balance of strength and release within the body by moving with fluidity and ease. Suitable to anyone who wants to understand how to release tension ans stiffness within the body.( More classes soon to follow.)

LEVELS:
BEGINNERS: workouts suitable to complete novices and people who have not done pilates for over 9 months.

IMPROVERS: This class is suitable for clients with some pilates experience and who have learned and understand the 5 basic principles of Stott pilates.

INTERMEDIATE: Classes suited for pilates enthusiasts with more than 4 months of consistent practice. Please consult the instructor prior to class. if you have an injury as class may not be suitable.
